Galvanized steel wire is made from both of low carbon steel and high carbon steel wire with galvanized zinc coating to resist corrosion and oxidation with low cost and high formability for wide industry use.

Low cost and the considerable physical properties of high formability, high hardness and excellent fatigue strength. Also, it suffers from good corrosion and oxidation resistance, so is widely used in demanding environments.

Wire diameter is available from 0.15mm to 9mm, gauge from 38# to 0#
Tensile strength is available from 350-550n/mm2 for soft, 500-950n/mm2 for hard drawn, 1000-2600n/mm2 for high tensile strength.
Zinc coating quantity is available from 8g -15g/mm2 electro galvanized, 30-70g/mm2 hot dip galvanized, 120-500g/mm2 heavy duty galvanized.
Coil weight is available from 0.5kg to 800kg.
Package: hessian cloth, weaving bags, wooden pallet, carton boxes, spools
Loading quantity per 20ft,40ft container is 18MT minimum and 27MT maximum.
